I love being outside and having adventures. I do my best to live by my values, and I have (hopefully) instilled that love of nature, adventures and the outdoors into my 3 children. I truly believe that being in nature is cathartic and healing, especially if you live an a city or busy suburban area.
I started this business because health and wellness is a high priority for me. I want to work within my values, and share my knowledge, experience and my beautiful piece of VT. I see and talk to people every day who want a little direction, or a bit of guidance, but don't know how to find it.
My mission is to guide you, with unconditional positive regard, toward lasting transformation—not quick fixes—
so you can thrive with confidence, energy, and purpose.
Health and Wellness is not just about one thing, it encompasses so many parts of our lives, from nutrition and healthy eating, to getting enough exercise, to reducing our stressors and increasing our happiness.
Wellness isn't a one-size-fits-all path, and I'm here to help you navigate your path with compassion, clarity, and accountability.
