This is a retreat for those who want to dive deep into their health and make lasting change. We will go through the 6 dimensions of Deep Health to determine where you are now, where you want to go and how to get there. While we just have a weekend together, you will take home knowledge that you can use to improve your lifestyle.

We will go through a combination of interactive discussions and practical exercises, during which attendees will gain actionable insights into creating and sustaining healthy nutrition and eating habits that support long-term health and vitality.
Saturday runs from 9am - 5pm with built in breaks and activity.
Sunday runs from 9am-4pm with a guided session at 8am. A specific schedule will be sent upon registration.

Please note that our sessions are held outdoors in a field surrounded by the forest in Strafford, VT, or in canvas tents in the same area if we have light rain. Should the expected weather look very poor, we may adjust the location to Randolph, VT.
