This is a retreat for those who want to dive deep into their health and make lasting change. We will go through the 6 dimensions of Deep Health to determine where you are now, where you want to go and how to get there. While we just have a weekend together, you will take home knowledge that you can use to improve your lifestyle.
Follow up the retreat with regular Health Coaching sessions. All attendants receive a free 30 minute session!
